I offer therapeutic
art counseling session in real time, online. During these challenging times
besides confusion, anger, frustration, many find themselves confronted by loneliness.
How do we spend time with ourselves? Maybe we want company but we cannot stand our
own. How do we accept and embrace ourselves just as we are, or haw do we face negative
thinking and self-criticism? Creating art, or engaging in making marks of paper,
it’s a relaxing activity in itself, and it’s natural. In the process of
painting or scribbling our mind its focus on the action. It is as if you are
giving yourself permission to take a mental “vacation” from our usual thoughts.
The ART you create it’s surfacing from the deepest part of you. I can help you process the images, understand
their language, and find more positive ways to face tomorrow. I charge a
minimal fee of $35.00 for 1.5 hours session, since I am taking in consideration
